Wilsons Advisory supports Whispir's IPO as Financial Advisor, JLM and Underwriter

The IPO raised $47 million at an offer price of $1.60 per share, which values the Company at a market capitalisation of $163 million. This followed a pre-IPO raising in 2018, managed and executed by Wilsons Advisory, to accelerate growth and position the business for the IPO.

Whispir is an integrated, global-scale communications workflow platform that automates interactions between businesses and people. Whispir’s powerful software provides thousands of ways for organisations to improve their communications through automated workflows, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate, timely, useful and actionable insights in a contextually sensitive manner. The Whispir platform enables omnichannel engagement, set by customer preference, including SMS, email, social media, voice, RSS, IoT, pagers and more. Use cases include workforce coordination & management, targeted two-way marketing campaigns, crisis communications and data collection & distribution.

Whispir currently has over 500 customers in Australia, Asia and the USA, and has high visibility of forecast revenues with a 116% revenue retention rate from existing customers in FY18.
